This page has been set up to raise funds as a contribution towards Terry Anderson's funeral and a donation for the Southampton General Hospital ward D3, the ward that Terry lived in for 2 weeks before he passed away.

Terry lost his fight with cancer aged just 32 years old. Just 6 months ago Terry was a healthy, gym-going, full of life guy. He then got the devastating news that he had oesophageal cancer and soon that became terminal.

On Christmas Eve Terry went into the D3 ward in Southampton General Hospital where he was treated with dignity and respect by all of the amazing staff at the hospital. Terry was even given his own room which allowed his soon to be wife to stay with him by his side. The hospital was so accommodating and even allowed visitors to arrive at any time and use the day room as well as a kitchen.

On New Year's Eve, he was told he had days to live and on New Year's Day he managed to marry the girl of his dreams. Sadly on the 8th January, he was taken from us.

Terry was always making people laugh and a fantastic artist.

Due to the sudden decline of Terry's health, there has not been enough time to raise the required funds for a funeral that he deserves.

As an alternative to flowers at the funeral or sympathy gifts to the family, Terry's family have asked for donations to be made via this page.
