We are trying to make sure that we maintain a hospital in Lutterworth.

The Feilding Palmer Hospital has been a very important part of Lutterworth and the surrounding villages for many years.

It is our intention to see that this continues.

We believe that a lot of health miles can be saved if we are able to make sure that we keep this wonderful asset.

It would certainly be preferable for local people. There are many times a bed is needed in order for patients to be near their friends and family. This enables them to visit easily and readily without travelling long distances.

Cyn Brown has done an excellent job in starting this fund and raising the profile of our cause which has made the CCG* see how passionate local people are in wishing to maintain a modern hospital here.

You have been extremely generous so far but we need to keep the ball rolling. We will now continue and hope to add to the money already raised.

That' why we are asking you to help us - help the people of Lutterworth.
