I have always been a big animal lover and what with going to St helens junior school many years ago i had a true love for Hopefield animal sanctuary as quite often the pot belly pigs would escape and run into our playground causing the dinner ladies to have a melt down and all the kids to scream , meanwhile i was trying to get as close as possible to the pigs thinking this was the best school day ever as nothing about school excited me.

So i find it really upsetting to learn that last week some youths broke into the sanctuary and abused the animals. Then a week later it is broken into again and the vistors center and tea room are vandalised and items stolen, so i would like to raise as much money as possible for a place that adores animals and is a fantastic learning play for my son that he loves to visit !!

So please if you could find it in your heart to donate a small amount and get the sanctuary up and running again i would really appreciate it. And lets show all the staff at hopefields that they have a great support from the community!!!
