In January 2017 I am going with the Northern Cleft Foundation to Nagpur India to assist while the surgeons give free life changing surgery to children who would usually be too poor to access medical help. Without the surgery, many of these children would have difficulty eating and communicating (and not to mention the social implications of a facial deformity)

Once in India we will provide this life changing surgery to as many of these children as possible.

Personally, I will be helping by assisting the surgeons in theatre and giving valuable oral health advice to all the families coming through the clinics.
