I am planning to take part in the three peaks challenge on September 2nd in Memory of my son Shaun Payne, this was booked last year a month before the accident and Shaun was really excited about doing this to raise money for Newent Skate Park.
To honour his memory myself, Mike, Max and a group of friends are going ahead with this and my own personal aim will be to take on his chosen charity and release a green balloon at the peak of each mountain. The loss of Shaun has changed all of our lives and I don't think even now it has still not really sunk in, it has impacted many of his friends lives hugely and if one thing can be done to support them and the air ambulance who tried so hard to save Shaun I would really appreciate you in supporting me to do this.
It is going to be the hardest physical thing I have ever done, I smoke, I'm not particularly fit and I'm counting on rocket to navigate and keep me going, anything you can give please do xxxxxxxxx
