I will be cycling the RS50 (a 50 mile sportive) on the 19th August to raise money for Moray Wellbeing Hub. MWH is unique in Europe, perhaps the world. A collective of wellbeing champions have supported the community of Moray to actively promote and support recovery as well as developing community resilience. Although the model is locally self sustaining, any donations or financial support help them to do more. I would love to raise enough money for the champions to celebrate what they have done so far and to give them breathing space to plan for the future. I've set the bar low at £100 but it would be fabulous if we could double that....
