We are creating a stunning all weather information wall and at the same time updating our Past & Present History book with an online edition. We're asking members of our local community for photos, memories, facts and figures in order to showcase and celebrate life in this lovely park!

4 years agoWe are delighted with the finished panel. After many iterations it now helps to tell the story of Blakers Park, show off its key features and also signposts our new Tree Planting Project. Thanks again to everyone involved for their contributions, permissions, support and patience! Morgan Carn Architects ,Preston Ward's 2016 local councillors, Fiveways Directory, THe Cleveland Arms, Tarah Coonan, Steven Mileham and Elephant Printing and many more.

Friends of Blakers Park
The Friends began in 1989. We chivvy and work with the Council to keep the park up to scratch. We improve the park through our planting programme, put on community events and support neighbourhood organisations and community groups that wish to use the park.
