I've raised £1000 to support our Charity of the Year's goal to purchase a second food delivery van #FuelUp

Sadly, as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic this year, we are unable to host our usual Quiz, Chips & Mushy Peas night for our 13th Charity of the Year, the Bearded Fishermen.
Instead, we are launching our Shooting Star #FuelUp campaign in support of the Bearded Fishermen’s goal to purchase a second food delivery van.
Since the Bearded Fishermen was established in October 2019, founders Rick and Mick have developed and expanded their mental health services to include a confidential, dedicated call centre, a radio station offering advice and support and a mental health podcast.
In a bid to expand their services further and help even more people, during lockdown the duo raised funds to purchase a van and began their Food Share Project, delivering food parcels to key workers and the most vulnerable members of the community.
The project has been a huge success for the charity, however, due to an increase in demand for their support the Bearded Fishermen are currently fundraising to purchase a second van that will allow them to deliver food donations to more people.
To support our #FuelUp campaign and the purchase of a second van, as many of us have returned to working from home, we’re asking people to donate the money they would normally spend on their regular morning coffee, lunch out or commute to work to our campaign.
Please support our campaign if you can!
