Story
Gail, Academy Coach at NPSC, is running the Manchester Marathon in April 2018 hoping to raise money for the club.
Gail says: Manchester will be my 4th Marathon. Every Marathon I’ve done I have raised money for a charity, this year I have decided to raise Money for Newport Pagnell Swimming Club. I am part of the coaching team at the club. We have swimmers that are just learning up to swimmers that compete at Nationals. We are always looking to raise money, whether it is to pay towards pool time or equipment for the swimmers.
I would really appreciate your support in helping the club. The swimmers support me with my running and take an interest in what I have done so this is my way of giving something back. Also a way of supporting them when the going gets tough you keep on going, they know I understand what they are going through. Always give it your best shot!

6 years agoI had a brain wave ..... so for every £10 you can choose a mile that I will run for you to say thank you. I will have miles attached to me with your name on. My t shirt will be covered with you and your names. Thank you so much for the support.

6 years agoMy Number has arrived for the Manchester marathon. I’ve been getting out for runs but unfortunately I have a niggle in my back which the great team at MK Osteopaths have been treating and looking after for me and getting me back on the right track. Whilst I won’t be competing against Mo I will be coming home with the medal. Really appreciate the donations so far many thanks. 🏃🏻♀

6 years agoWell training has not been too bad although need to get more miles in! The MK Winter Half Marathon happened last Sunday and I used that as a nice training run, more miles than time!! 😉
