Hi hope your well, in 4 week’s I will be having a cage fight for charity, there is a little boy called Jacob who has cerebral palsy and needs a new wheel chair to help improve his quality of life, during the last 4 weeks I have trained 2 hour sessions nearly every night and will continue to do so for the remaining 4 weeks to get fighting fit. It has been tough really tough I have wanted to quit over and over but I wont, I have broken my toes, sprained my wrist, I have been beaten to the point of not being able to move certain parts of my body (conditioning they say)……… the funny thing is jacob goes through far worse every single day of his life and we at total carnage would like to make his life just that little bit better 
