I have chosen to run the Newport Marathon to raise funds and awareness for a Cardiff based charity who do great work with young people who are affected by self harm.

The Amber Project offers support and information to young people in a number of different ways including counselling, informal workshops, theatre workshops, through craft and music and with one to one individual support.

The project relies on funding from many sources and every penny is appreciated and will make a real difference in the life of a young person.
