Along with fellow Indian women I am trying to organise Indian Independence day here in East Renfrewshire, Glasgow, Scotland. I want to organise this event to celebrate diversity of culture and unity between the Indians in East Renfrewshire. it will give opportunity to our kids to know more about Indian heritage and culture by participating in various cultural activities such as dance, singing songs, speech and poem recital.

The money raised will go towards hall booking for the day and the practice session, decoration items, dress and jewellery items required for dancers and snack box for the ticket holders.
