As a group of friends we are all devastated about the sudden loss of Stephen.

Stephen was the kindest hearted man who was known to many Silsdeners in the local pubs. Always laughing, always playing jokes, sending silly snapchats and harmlessly living his life to the full. He would do anything for anyone even if he had not much to give. Always helping friends with odd jobs and babysitting duties. All our children adored him.

Stephen simply was the type of friend everyone should be lucky enough to have in their lives.

He leaves the absolute love of his life Gemma and his 2 young children Harry and Alicea who he utterly worshipped.

If only we had a magic wand to make this nightmare go away, but we can‘t and despite trying to find words of comfort to make things better we are left thinking then the least we can do at this time is do something practical. This page is for Gemma, Harry and Alicea - to help ease some pressure in any way they deem fit.

No-one can really process that we’ll never see your big cheeky grin again Steve but we hope that by doing this you know that we’ll make sure your precious family are ok. We love you big man. Sleep tight x x x x
