Through tremendous efforts and kindness of our extended family, our friends and well wishers, Jeff travelled to India with his mum on 29/10/16.

He started treatment immediately. We were very hopeful that he would only need the first 5 inductions of chemotherapy and that his response would be good enough for him to avoid a bone marrow transplant.

A number of infections made it difficult for Jeff to keep his strength up and on the 16/11/16 he was transferred to intensive care as he wasn't responding to treatment.

On the 19/11/16 he deteriorated very quickly and unfortunately we lost our cousin, our friend, our brother.

At this very heart wrenching time, we wish to sincerely thank all of you on this journey. Thank you for standing by us. And we wish to ask you to continue supporting us. We wish to fly him home and give him a proper send off.

As it stands, the final bill is at £12,000 and we need your help in getting this paid for his body to be released.
