Next Saturday me and some girls from work will be doing a 5K inflatable run for mind charity. Mind charity is a charity that is close to my heart. I have experienced and suffered from mental health for many years and have seen so many people in my life also battle with their own demons. Mind are an incredible charity that work tirelessly in order to help those in need, get the support that they crave so much. If you have a spare few pounds, please donate to this amazing cause. So that they can continue to carry out the incredible work that they do. Also so they can continue to support those in need and educate our future generations that it's ok to not be ok.
