Story
We are fundraising to provide Farcet & Yaxley with 24hr public access defibrillator stations.
A defibrillator is essential for a good chance of survival from a cardiac arrest, brain cells start to die off within 3 minutes of a cardiac arrest.
Our aim is to fill Farcet & Yaxley with these life saving kits, we also aim to help our local schools fundraise for their own defibrillator.
So far Yaxley has one defibrillator installed at the Yaxley doctors, one waiting to be installed at the new Yaxley fire station, we are now fundraising for Yaxley's 3rd defib station.
So far Farcet has one defib station at the Farcet post office & 2 waiting to be installed their locations are yet to be confirmed, we are now fundraising for a 4 defib for Farcet.
Will soon be confirming dates for CPR & defib awareness.
