Story
Around a year ago my mum Angie tragically passed away of a rare form of cancer (Cholangiocarcinoma). It was totally unexpected and we had no idea that she was suffering from this terrible disease. It was only 20 days from her diagnosis to when she passed away.
Mum was a fun loving selfless life and soul person giving 100% every single time, and always putting others before herself her whole life. She had so many friends who loved her like me and my dad did and always will.
We are setting up this page to raise money to fund a music festival and family fun weekend in July to celebrate the life of my mum. The festival "Civvy Gingefest", is being held in the club where she worked and had so many good times. All the funds raised are going directly to pay for the acts that are going to be performing and equipment hire. Anything that's left will be going to the palliative care home where mum spent her last days.
Please contribute to help us celebrate the life of my mum and have the sort of day that would make her proud.
Thanks so much.
