Story
Hi this is for my dad Mike who is currently in critical care at Aintree university Hospital in Liverpool. He was admitted on Tuesday night with a collapsed lung, he has been in an induced coma ever since. We have been trying an emergency Visa to get his wife Edith of 35yrs to come and say good by to her husband. Today Saturday the 9th we were called into the hospital and basically tod they will need to take him off the ventilator leaving him with a 50% chance of survival. Yesterday the hospital assured us they would wait until my mum Edith arrives from South Africa. Unfortunately we don't have enough funds for this and desperately need your help to get Edith to her husband before they take him off the ventilator

My name is Gemmell I am the eldest of 3 kids. My dad has been unwell before but has always pulled through, he is a fighter. Nothing prepared me for the cancer diagnosis, I was already preparing for my mum to come to the UK to care for dad but everything happened so quickly.
