On the 11th of November my team and I will set off on 'The Great Escape'. A challenge whereby we have just 36 hours, no money and no limits to get as far away from Nottingham as possible, but to be able to take part we must raise at least £75 per person for Enactus Nottingham.

Nottingham's current record is Dubai, an astounding 4,590 miles away! The national record is Sydney and is set by the University of Cambridge.

All donations are much appreciated but the more money we raise will increase our credibility when asking for help with lifts/favours/tickets from strangers during the challenge.

Enactus is a not-for-profit, student-led organisation that exists within the University of Nottingham. It works to transform the lives of people in need through the power of business by setting up social enterprises that provide employment and their by-product does both social and environmental good.

One such social enterprise is 'Bottle By Bottle'. Bottle by Bottle aims to provide safe and affordable housing to disadvantaged communities. Using a unique technique in which the bottles are filled with sand, tied together with string and then secured with mortar and wire
