Mason went to have his helmet fitted today! We are finally on the road to getting things better for him! We have to go back in another 2 weeks to see how he is getting on incase there are any problems with the helmet, but fingers crossed that everything goes smoothly!

Today we had a charity football event held by Dom Mason and ben Thorpe to raise money towards masons helmet. The outcome of the game was amazing and I'm so grateful for everyone's support! The total that was raised is £175, so thankyou to everyone who has donated and came along to play and support us! Mason came along to also watch with his auntie!

Yesterday Mason had his second lot of scans to see if anything had changed, luckily nothing had drastically changed in those 2 weeks. Mason is now booked in for another appointment in 2 weeks time, 8th may, to have his little helmet fitted. Mason will have his helmet on for around 4-6 months, and he will have regular checks to make sure things are working. Due to the severity of his condition we were told that his head won't ever go back to 'normal' but the helmet is going to even it out and stop it getting worse, causing problems later on.
