I recently ran 24 minutes without stopping for the first time ever in memory of the 24 floors that were destroyed in the Grenfell Tower disaster.

I now plan to do 10 km in support and honour of the residents, victims, fire fighters, and the families of all these people.

money I raise will be donated to Cornwall Hugs Grenfell. I heard about them on BBC Radio 2 last week when the founder, Esme, was talking about her idea to pledge a weeks holiday to the people closely affected by the Grenfell disaster. Her idea boomed and she now has lots of people pledging their time, space and support to help the Grenfell survivors make new memories
