Over lockdown I did the couch to 5k and learnt to run. It has very much been my friend and coping strategy.
So I‘m running my first race the Leeds half marathon for me and Dylan. For me- the challenge, something to focus on. For Dylan and his amazing sports clubs- Bolton Woods football club, Bradford swimming club and Undercliffe cricket club.
