Hi all I am running the London Marathon on the 22nd April 2018. EXCITING !!!! Training is going well. I was looking for a charity to raise money for. When I seen that they were looking to raise funds for a special needs saddle for Tipperary Equestrian Centre. I knew I wanted to help as much as I could.
The funds will help purchase a special adapted independent saddle for special needs kids and young adults. This saddle offers not only support to a wheelchair user, it will give them independences of riding on their own. Aslo gives kids and young adults an opportunity to enjoy something that they love.... Why can't they enjoy horse riding aswell as the able bodies... The saddle will be kept at Tipperary Equestrian Centre Thurles for special needs kids and young adults to use. The saddle cost $6000 dollars from america which works out £4285 pounds.
Alan is my cousin Eileen son (seen in profile picture) who loves horses, his face lights up when he is around them. So that why I like to help with raising funds for this saddle for him and others. I would be grateful for any donation to help the
