Equestrian Vaulting is not an Olympic Sport and as such does not receive nor is it entitled to any Lottery Funding or Sport Funding associated with the Olympic sports.

There are no specialised training centres, no funding for equipment and no grants for travel and accommodation. The livery & blacksmith bills for the horses are met through monthly parental contributions.

Harry & his team of hopefuls train 3 times a week, with parents & team members driving in from locations up to 75miles away to meet up at a small livery yard in Warwickshire. An open barn, cold in winter and with limited lighting is where the team practice over and over their moves and techniques on Harry their competition horse. All this time and effort, sweat and tears are given to honing their skills in the hope of competing at this Summers Equestrian Games in the US.

The countdown to WEG2018 started over a year ago and so far supporters, fundraising and kind donations have helped Harry raise almost £9,000. There's only a few months left and Harry needs some extra help to get him on that plane.

Harry's vaulters are paying their own way and Harry is now asking for contributions to his fundraising pot.
