Help Davide get back home to his family

On the 13th March, Davide was unexpectedly taken from us after contracting malaria in Tanzania. When he died, he had his loving sister and brother-in-law alongside him and now we need to help him get back home to be with the rest of his family in Sicily.

We are looking to help the Saporito family who have set up an account to fund his repatriation back to Italy. Any donation you are able to spare will hugely help towards this.

Davide, you lit up DropShot with that infectious smile and constant positivity of yours. Always so happy and joking around, playing that crazy music you loved so much. You were so friendly to all of our customers, you loved dogs and kids, especially your beautiful niece. When a fellow Italian came in the shop we couldn’t shut you up! No one had style like you, your shirts, hats and odd socks that were actually carefully chosen as an odd pair. It was just on Monday that you were working and none of this seems real. You lived life to the full, always laughing, joking, partying, travelling. You loved your family and friends so much. And your talent making coffee and DJing were undeniable. It’s so hard to imagine that you’ll never walk through the front door again, or take forever to make another bloody V60, or laugh about whether you were making an oat flat white or a hot flat white, which when you said it sounded exactly the same. We all miss you so much brother. Our DropShot family will feel your loss every single day. Ciao Davide 💔 Ti amo xxx
