Story
Kimberly is in Harefield Hospital and wants to come home.
She is still waiting for oxygen tests to be finished but hopes to come home soon, however they won’t let her come home until the NHS have sorted out care at home and house adaptations including a very expensive stair lift.
The wait through the council and Grants applications is too long so we are looking to help Kimberley towards funding for it all .
Kimberly wants to go home and without this then she must go to either her cystic fibrosis centre or local hospice for some time until everything is in place.
