Get The Boys a Lift is a non profitable organisation which aims at supporting local and national causes and charitable organisations as well as spreading the message of youth mental health and the importance of looking out for one another as well as helping sign post young people in particular to the services in which they require. Each year we hold an annual hitch hiking competition and split funds raised in order to help local charities operate and provide a much needed service.

This year our organisation will be supporting the DPJ Foundation (a local charity which has been set up to help improve mental health facilities for those in rural and farming communities) as well as The VC Gallery (another local charity in which helps provide a service to those through therapeutic involvement and is taking on its very own referrals locally.)

On June the 4th, 5 boys will be racing around the UK in a winner takes all rat race, aiming to travel purely by catching lifts, in the hope to spread the message of the fact "you don't have to know someone to give them a lift" and to start another big conversation about mental health.
