Story
My daughter and i both volunteer for Girlguiding in the Greater Manchester area and have been incredibly lucky to have been selected to take part in conservation projects in Belize and Switzerland.As part of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS), the largest women's organisation in the world, Girlguiding Greater Manchester West offers incredible opportunities for young women to travel abroad, experience new cultures and make international friends. The Belize trip will be to work with the charity https://frontiergap.com/ and will involve manatee habitat conservation. For Switzerland, a group of guides will accompany me to do environmental conservation.

7 years agoThe fundraising is going well... between us we have to raise much more than the £200 shown here, but plans are afoot for lots of other events to help us get there. I will be moving to mydonate so this page will close early October. Thank you for all your support.
