Myself and my girlfirend are travelling to Ghana in July next year, we will be stationed in the Mpraeso region of Lake Volta. We intend on volunteering at local schools, these local schools have barely anything in terms of resources. We are looking for help both in the way of donations to buy things like books, stationary, reading materials, footballs, paper, toys and anything else that will allow the children to enjoy their school day. Even if its a small donation, it will go towards something for the school that children who barely have the means to live have access to a decent education to help them have opportunities when they are older. Please help where you can, please note all money donated will be spent on resources for the school and nothing else, proof can be provided.
