Story
Fundraising for a building project to improve the education of students at the Ankwanda school in Ghana in 2020. Funds will be used to buy building supplies for renovation of a building or a completely new building. Your funds will help improve the education resources that these children get and will improve their life in the long run. The work will take place in the 2020 summer and the positive effects of the work will be felt for years to come. Improving a whole village's future. Any donation is greatly appreciated by the team and will have such a huge effect on a child's future.

5 years agoSadly due to COVID-19 our trip to Ghana has been cancelled. However all the money raised will be sent to Ankwanda school for them to make improvements to their school sadly without our help. This means the school still get support in these unprecedented times. Thank you for all your donations. Even though we can’t make it, the donations are hugely appreciated by the school. THANK YOU!

5 years agoFrom all your kind donations. We have a confirmation of the project we will build in Ankwanda. There are 4 parts to the school we will improving: 1. We will renovate one of the largest buildings in the school to make it suitable for learning in. 2. We will plant lines of trees along the small valley in order to stop tropical rainfall eroding the building's foundations. 3. We will build a new playground for the kindergarten. If you know anyone who builds strong playground equipment, please get in touch 4. We will create a brand new waste system.
