my wife and i have recently separated and she is not letting me have access to my children telling me i have to get a solicitor to have access . we split due to financial problems because my hours of work have been reduced after many arguments i was told leave although our house was rented{housing association} it turns out that my wife signed the tenancy agreement in her maiden name thus giving me no rights to the property although . i have found myself somewhere to rent but it is costing me 70 per cent of my wage barely able to support myself and definitely unable to afford a solicitor please help a desperate father to see his children any help would be gratefully appreciated many many thanks
