Just to let you all know after last years ‘one off’ I some how find myself about to run the Great North Run for the second time!!

This year it is by default as I am taking someone’s place as they are unable to run it. Kevin also managed to get a place this way!

We are hoping to raise money for the local food bank run by Cramlington Team Ministry which includes St. Nicolas, St. Peter’s and St. Andrew’s. At the moment there is a team of nine couples who do various jobs including storing parcels, delivering parcels, collecting and sorting donations. As these are all volunteers any donations are used for the food bank.

There is always a big demand from Social Services at Christmas and last year the food bank managed to supply 80 parcels. Lets see if we can help them support more people.
