Story
I am obese. I am rubbish at losing weight. I love food and hate the gym.
But when my son asked me if I would become healthier to help him raise money for his school trip, how could I refuse? I thought this would be a great motivator whilst doing something good for someone else.
My 1st goal is to reduce my BMI from 32.1 to 29.1 which is a total weightloss of 7kgs. This will make me overweight instead of obese. On completion of this, I will try to get it down to 24.9 which is a healthy weight. This means I will need to lose another 13kgs making a total of over 20kgs!!
Connor needs to raise at least £2000 to fund his trip with the Link4Life project (/http://link4lifeproject.blogspot.co.uk/ ). This has to be fund-raised. I know you probably get a lot of requests to help with charities but if you could afford something, knowing I have your support will really help keep me motivated,; and I need all the help I can get!!!
