It is with great sadness that I have to report that "Jemima" (our van) is no more.

Two weeks ago she broke down coming back from Gatwick, carrying a full compliment of Aero enthusiasts. I had to get her brought back from Chichester and taken to A&S motors who had to fit her in with their existing bookings. Two weeks later the first estimate was for roughly £1,000 to check and possibly replace the fuel injectors, which was bad enough, but today I have learned that in their opinion a recon engine as well as the injectors would take the estimate to over £6,000 so it would be cheaper in effect to buy another minibus which is beyond what I can spend. My sadness is for the many groups who have taken advantage of the free service and friends I have made ferrying them about. She will be missed by me and the many who have had trips on her.
