Hi guys thank you so much for reading this. I am planning a move to berlin at the end of the month and due to my current situation with having to pay two city center rents (long story) on a performers wage and their being so few oppertunities for trans people to work in (“normal”) jobs has absolutley drained my savings. I love manchester but desperatly want to leave to take on the next challenges in forwarding my carreer as an artist and musician. I have noticed a dramatic rise in transphobia and i no longer feel safe in my neighbourhood, i have decided that i am moving at the end of the month but manchester has financially drained me. I need to be in a place that fuels my creatively but also a place that i feel i can live my life without the costant societal preassures that i face being traNs. I understand that transphobia is everywhere but my time spent in berlin has been the most free i have felt in my life.
