Our parish and community are undertaking a sponsored 24 hour fast from 1pm tomorrow until 1pm on Thursday. We are trying to raise just £400. The money we raise will go toward the purchase of much needed medical equipment for the community clinic in Kabwoko in Masaka, Southern Uganda. This is a very poor rural community my dad has visited many times and in the same place the group raised money to provided a maternity bed for the clinic last year.
