Welcome to my fundraising page for the Grays Court Care Home in memory of Derek 'Del Boy' Robery.
In September I will be taking part in the Salford 10K run and will be raising money to show appreciation for the wonderful care and compassion shown by the team during Derek's stay.
For those who know me there is usually only one place I would run to, the station bar at 4pm on a Friday.
Training has started and I'm halfway to my goal of 10K and I am hoping your donations will inspire me to kick on through the torturous training!
Any donations to this worthy cause would be greatly appreciated.

7 years agoAfter spending a week eating stupid amount of food and drinking stupid amount of beer in Tenerife, i got the running shoes back on today. Still managed to grind out the 10K distance but it was a slow one (1hr 8mins) Only 13 days to go, so time is running out for the 59:59 desired time on race day! Time is also running out for donations - anymore would be greatly appreciated! Ash x
