Story
We are a Regency Grade 2 listed building, built in the late 18th century. The property is one of the architectural gems within Gerrards Cross. It is home to both the World War 1 Memorial built in 1921 as a ‘living memorial’ for use by the village community and its ex-service personnel and, in 1947, to the World War 2 Memorial when the former vicarage was purchased and converted into a Community Centre. It is home to the Community association gifted after WW2 by Eric Colston who lived locally. The roof is unfortunately in disrepair and needs urgent works. We are at risk of having to close unless we can raise funds to restore the building. Your support would be greatly appreciated to ensure the future of the community association for the benefit of the local community and beyond.
