HTCP was formed when a young doctor took four disabled children to the shrine of Lourdes in the south of France. From the outset he insisted that the children should be treated just like other visitors.

Now every Easter, HTCP takes over 1,000 disabled and disadvantaged children on a week long pilgrimage holiday in which the children are joined by volunteer helpers - and that's where you come in.

In order for me to volunteer and meet many new people and children of all different backgrounds I need to be funded so that I can give the highest level of care and attention to these children as they truly deserve it.
