I am raising money in memory of a inspirational young man who lost his life as a result of mental health illness.

My 2 friends are are supporting me in a run-bike-run event on the 4th December to support a trust fund his family have set up to support local music opportunities for people who are recovering from mental illness. Music has been know to support positive mental health wellbeing in many ways including social inclusion, music supporting people's mood, having meaningful activity amongst other benefits!

In full festive theme we are dressing up as Mary Jospeh and the Angel Gabriel. I am attempting to wear sandals for the bike section, just like Joseph himself would have done.
