This summer I'm going out to Malawi, working with SKIP, to develop sustainable healthcare interventions suited to the community. These included but are not limited to teaching in local youth groups and women's groups about mental health, sexual health, healthy relationships and female health.

This year I will be part of pilot scheme in Likhubula youth organisation, where we will be collecting information from the local community to find out what is needed and how we can work with the community to develop and sustain a solution. In past projects this has included setting up a clinic and teaching how to make reusable sanitary towels.

With flights costing over £1000, I have a lot of fundraising to do! I'm signed up for a 10K in under 2 months (I can't run 1K, HELP). Any donations are appreciated more than you know!
