I will be doing a 15km sponsored walk at the NABDonia Rally in Wales, Saturday morning 1st of July. I`ll be walking from Swallow falls to Gwydir Castle and back, a 15 km round hike. I`m hoping to raise £300 for two causes that are close to my heart - Cancer research UK and The N.A.B.D.

The National Association for bikers with a disability (NABD), is the world’s leading support group for motorcyclists with disabilities.Their aim is to ensure that people with disabilities can enjoy the freedom and independence of motorcycling.
