Things are hard for all in these straightened times. Money is short and many are struggling to make ends meet through no fault of their own.

Harrow food bank works to provide emergency food parcels to those in need. These parcels provide at least three days' worth of healthy, balanced meals for individuals and families at times when they need it most.

Collecting a parcel from a number of locations around Harrow, there are volunteers on hand to provide a hot drink, a biscuit and a listening ear. The volunteers are trained to offer practical advice and signposting to other helpful resources in a friendly atmosphere.

This year we are raising money for this local charity, and we would greatly appreciate anything you may want to contribute while you enjoy our Christmas lights.
