Hi guys! I'm looking to raise some money for 2 charities close to my heart. The first is for my close friend Owen Williams. In 2014 Owen suffered a life changing injury sustained in a third/fourth place play off for Cardiff Blues against the Asia Pacific Dragons at the Singapore national stadium that has left him paralysed.
The second cause is Age Connects Morgannwg. They help older people get the help they want, when they need it. They work to ensure that those who are vulnerable and at risk are kept safe. They empower older people to be heard, to have choice and control, so they don’t feel isolated or discriminated against and that they receive the support and services they need.

I will be cycling over 100 miles in a day from Cardiff to Tenby as part of the annual CARTEN.
