Story
Hi!
We're hoping to raise money for the 4 places that really helped Harry, and ourselves, during his premature arrival.
Worthing Hospital - Beeding Ward SCBU - Harry was born here at 26 weeks and 3 days on 14th June 2016 weighing 1lb 14.5oz (865g). Due to his size he did not return here until 5 weeks later and stayed for 7 weeks before coming home on 2nd September.
Brighton Hospital - Trevor Mann BU - Harry was taken here about 10 hours after he was born as Worthing is not equipt to care for babies his size. On his 3rd night in Brighton he suffered a pulmonary haemorrhage. The staff managed to stabilise him that night, but we were told the next 24 hours were critical. The best we could hope for was for him to remain stable. He actually improved and continued to for the next 3 weeks until it was decided he would need a PDA Ligation op - to close a valve in his heart that usually closes after birth. Due to his prematurity it wasn't closing naturally and was causing extra work for his little heart.
Princess Anne Hospital, Southampton - NICU - we arrived on eve of Monday 4th July, didn't sleep, saw Harry in the morning before his PDA op, spoke with the nicest, most flamboyant anaesthetist in the NHS, waited extremely nervously for an hour in a waiting room, then the 2 most nonchalant Italian surgeons informed us it went perfectly, said ciao, then left to have an espresso.
Ronald MacDonald House, Brighton - all the time we were in Brighton we were lucky enough to stay in here within The Royal Alexander Children's Hospital. This allowed us to stay in Brighton so we could see Harry a lot more without the hassle or expense of accommodation/parking.
Harry is doing really well and is growing up to be a cheeky little man, which wouldn't be possible without these organisations and the amazing, professional, committed staff that work within them.
All of these places rely heavily on donations, so please give whatever you can. Many thanks Ben & Claire x

One source revealed that one judge, Justice Harry Ellis, hadn't even been to Europe and couldn't spell 'E.U.'. A spokesperson for Justice Ellis stated that if any judge had experience of leaving a safe union with no plan, it was Justice Ellis.
