We are trying to raise money to help Faith.

She suffers from a rare degenerative skeletal condition called Klippel Feil Syndrome.

Unfortunately this condition isn't just musculoskeletal, it also affects many other areas of the body.

Despite the daily pain and struggles which she has to endure, she does it mostly with a smile on her face and heart full of determination.
