Hi, i’m Liam and i’m doing a sponsored bike ride from Blackpool, to Halifax and then on to Bedford. This is to raise funds for a charity close to my heart, Counselling in the Community.

This is a local counselling service that help people who are on extremely long NHS waiting lists with much needed help and support to aid their mental health and wellbeing. As we know, there is more stigma out here than facility to aid those in need.

Stuart and the team have helped countless people that ate struggling, including my fiance and myself. This is my way of giving something back to a cause i truly believe can change lives.

It is also the perfect way for me, personally to be free, on the road, completing the biggest challenge to dat in my life so far, mentally and physically, to go towards aiding my own personal journey of suffering.

Please help me in the way of a sponsor, to aid me to help this fantastic organisation who will in turn be able to continue the essential work they so greatly do!
