On the 26th July 2017 at 3:30 PM Poppy will be taking part in a swimming club charity swim in aid of raising much needed funds for her swimming friend Rhys.

Poppy is hoping to personally swim over 36 lengths (400 meters) and her and her fellow swimmers are hoping to raise the £2500 needed to help the family purchase a new lightweight wheel chair which Rhys requires for Secondary School in September.
Rhys's current wheelchair is very heavy and getting a little old for him to maneuver around easily and with all our help and support, a small dent in your pocket will mean a huge leap to help Rhys to settle into secondary school and everyday life.
