The mission of this rescue is to help the cats that other rescues can’t deal with. Many feral and semi feral cats are left to fend for themselves often forming colonies. In this situation the cats can multiply at an alarming rate risking deformities from interbreeding and the spread of disease. Left unneutered the males will fight with each other causing sometimes horrific injuries and the females can be mated with multiple times. Once kittens are born they can easily be picked off by predators like foxes and rats when their mother has to search for food. If a human disturbs a new mother she may abandon them. So our mission is to help these cats either to be trapped neutered and released to same location or relocated if their home is unsuitable. We will happily work with other rescues as long as they also have a NO KILL policy. All cats trapped will be microchip scanned (returned to owner if a stray), kittens socialised and rehomed where possible and any feral cats once 100% healthy, if can’t be returned will go to yards, farms and other suitable places for them to flourish. We cover Surrey and Kent at present.
