We are `On the Out`, a project made up of men and women who have experienced life in prison. We know the barriers faced upon leaving prison because we have `been there`. This helps us to connect to people who need help upon release.

We know that the first few days of release can be overwhelming. And are there to support people any way we can. This may be helping to access accommodation, or linking to vital specialist services around addiction or mental health. It might be help getting ID, or setting up a bank account. It may just be companionship and a place to turn when things get tough.
